Hello World, and Happy New Year!

Is this the year you promise yourself you’ll learn how to build a WordPress blog?

If so, welcome. Check out my new WordPress tutorial which will get you off to a great start.

The beauty of WordPress is that it’s free to use and you can create a really wonderful looking blog without having to know any HTML or CSS or any of that technical stuff.  Even if you are a complete, wet behind the ears, totally dumb-ass newbie, you too can learn how to build your own WordPress blog. With my WordPress tutorial you’ll sail through!

And don’t think WordPress is just for bloggers. WordPress is a complete web platform. If you want to you can build a blog that looks just like a website. Nobody will know that you haven’t employed the services of a smart web designer to code it all for you (except you – because you won’t have to pay any bills!)

No excuses. No prevarication. Get 2009 off to a great start by downloading my new WordPress tutorial and starting to learn WordPress today!

    Hi Jim,

Visit your blog in your browser. Navigate to the page that you want to link to then copy the URL from your menu bar into Notepad. Then log in to your blog and go to the post or page where you want to insert the link. Click on the link icon and paste the copied URL into the popup dialogue. Then save/publish.

I have a stupid question. How do you use the link feature WordPress. For instance, if I want to link back to something in a previous blog I’ve written. Where do I find the url to put in the link box?
